Kathy Cook is the CEO of All R Friends in Westerville, Ohio. Kathy’s organization works with adults who have disabilities in developing the skills necessary to be self-sufficient. Each individual in Kathy’s program develops goals to work on during their participation in the program. The goals worked on at All R Friends range from learning how to cook and menu planning, to living out on their own. In the spring of 2011, All R Friends will be opening its third location in Delaware. It is Kathy’s hope that through the expansion of her program she’ll be able to broaden the scope of awareness of disability programs in the area and continue helping a greater number of adults. Kathy’s biggest inspiration in life is her brother Ralphie, who passed away from his disabilities. The ‘R’ in All R Friends is in memory of her brother.
Kathy’s ability to put other’s needs ahead of her own truly makes her one of “20 Outstanding Women You Should Know!”
