Investigators say it was an accidental electrical short, and not arson, that caused a fire that struck a Marysville church community for a second time in a month.
The Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio plans to drill 20 new wells in the Franklin County landfill to funnel methane to flares that burn off the gas.
